The ˝Move to move on" project is mobility for youth workers implemented in three phases.

Participating partially cannot be an option as by the regulations of the Erasmus Plus program.

PREPARATION: The participants prepare for the training course with the support of their sending organizations: they plan the practical aspects of the project, like the travel, and they participate in the online preparation-tasks happening through the Facebook group of the project. During the preparation, the participants will work individually and reflect in the national groups. We prepare 3 questionnaires about self-perception and body awareness.

They will have the opportunity to start to work on themselves and get ready for the project. We will require them to collect their common needs in the national groups, in order to adapt the program to them.

IMPLEMENTATION: training course (13 - 22 September 2020): The second phase of the project is the training course. It involves 32 youth workers from 8 different countries and it takes place in Bergolo, north-west of Italy, from 13th of September 2020 (arrival day) to 22th September 2020 (departure day). The program of this project is developed mainly by non-formal methods, fully involving the participants in the experience: it's based on the idea that first, we experience ourselves, after, we transmit what we learned to others. Therefore the participants of this training will take part in a number of activities aimed to raise personal awareness, to foster direct interaction with other people and the connection with nature and to build more healthy habits and raise awareness on their self-perception, concepts of movement and body-awareness

The activities will be carried out individually, in pairs, in small groups or in a large group. The activities themselves will include sports activities, music, debates, intercultural workshops, problem-solving and team-building activities, dance, meditations, and lectures.

We are going to use the Integrate learning approach, mixing formal, non-formal and informal learning, however the basic methodology will be that of "learning by doing" proper of non-formal education, which will be accompanied by the sharing of tools and theoretical references.

All the necessary practical preparations on site will be organized by the organizers.

Participants will receive board, lodging and a daily program throughout the training period.

More in detail:

Day 1 - 1st impression, "how the others see me". Reflection on how others see us

Day 2 - Clarity, "how do I see myself". Work on what awareness is and how we perceive ourselves

Day 3 - Connection, "how do I connect to others". I work on intra and interpersonal connection

Day 4 - Purpose, "how do I use my body". Work on how we cover the space around us, how we can use our bodies in the best possible way.

Day 5 - Contribution, "what I am capable of". A day dedicated to giving an idea of the potential of our awareness and body expression.

Day 6 - Others, "how do I support and learn from others". full day with guests

Day 7 - Influence, "how do I spread what I know". The moment for the participants to start to think about how to put the new skills into practice

Day 8 - Closing, "what do I keep for me". Closing, evaluation, vision preparation for the future and follow up.

DISSEMINATION: In this dissemination phase, participants will implement back in their country 1 activity with a group of young people aimed to improve their relationship with their bodies or activity within the sending organization to share what they learned.

They also fill in the evaluation form, write a testimony of their experience and they will share the booklet that will collect all the games and workshops created during the project.
